My students are from tough neighborhoods, rough around the edges, but they have huge hearts. They are intelligent and inspire me to do better every day. They don't take anything for granted, and I enjoy giving them all I can. My projects are designed to keep them off their cell phones and engaged in exciting projects. I believe they appreciate my extra effort. They will work hard when they get to engage in specially created projects.
