I am a driven educator, committed to both the academic and social success of my students. I maintain a structured learning environment that embraces all learning styles and harbors an atmosphere in which students feel safe and motivated to learn. I strive to integrate education and travel as I have taught in Asia and worked with schools in Central America. I believe in using hands-on learning experiences and best practices in my classroom, which follow the state academic and common core standards. Collaborating with colleagues, as well as consistent communication with families, is key in providing students with the best possible opportunity to grow into educated and responsible citizens.
