My budding high school students are everything from silly to inspirational to analytical. They work hard day in and day out, never allowing themselves to forget the bigger picture. They realize that their hard work will lead to success in any path that they pursue. Although many are reading below grade level, they are learning to face these challenges while not allowing such obstacles to cloud their visions. Already because of multiple writing workshops, their skills have increased. Some of them have written memoirs worthy of publication. It is exciting to see what they will produce next.

About my class
