This group of 21 second grade students is very motivated to become better mathematicians and readers too. They love to practice their math facts, and are working on deeper math thinking and explanation skills. All of the students in this class know their own math level and strive to move forward all the time. They are a deserving bunch who would be so excited by new iPads in our classroom. Our school is a place where every child can feel like they belong. This close knit community feeling helps to promote the motivation our students feel to try their best and improve each and every day. It is a place where every child is proud to go to school and every teacher is proud to teach.

About my class
