Hello my name is Ms. Torres. I am dual certified in General Education and Special Education. I teach students with Autism in 4th, 5th and 6th grade at Roosevelt Elementary. I am going into my 6th year teaching and I am SO excited! I graduated from Northern Arizona University with two Bachelor's Degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education. I graduated with my Master's Degree in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Grand Canyon University in July 2016. I love my job as well as my students. I want the best for them. My goal is to create a classroom culture that is welcoming, safe, and loving while creating life long learners.
