My students are working very hard to learn how to read this year. We will use these books to build a classroom library. The students can also borrow these books and take them home. I want my students to have access to books that they are able to read in and out of the classroom. The donations to this project will help my students feel successful at reading independently. By having books that are on my students' reading levels, they will be more motivated to read. I have chosen books that will be of high interest of my students, so they will be engaged while reading. My goal is to foster a love of reading at a young age.
