We have an old laptop that often crashes, and need the newest version to ensure our performances are uninterrupted! The old laptop is from 2013, and as many of you know, software is always changing. The Mac OS operating system is constantly evolving, which means many updates to the software that runs on the os. We currently have an older OS that we can't update for fear of incompatibility. We need to run the newest Mac OS, the newest MainStage, and be able to install larger sound samples with no fear of having the system break down right before we are about to play at a show.
