My students come from a third year transformation school. 97% of our kids receive free lunch, a statistic that proves the lack of funds or resources students and the community have. As for my 154 7th Grade students, they are a part of new curriculum within ELA.This is an unique opportunity for students to reach high expectations and prove their extraordinary talents! As a large percentage of our students are English Language Learners or Special Populations, it is important that we find the best way to highly engage students in the material and motivate them through real-world connections and modern-age technology.
