I teach in a second grade Title I school in a suburban area in Eastern Washington. Many of my students come from low-income homes which poses many obstacles which they must overcome on a daily basis. In spite of this, they are still able to come to school with smiles on their faces and passion in their hearts. My goal as a teacher is to create a safe, positive environment where all students can feel confident, capable, and successful!

About my class
