Most of the students in my preschool classroom are between the ages of 3-5 years old. My students are English Language Learners, where English is their second language. Most to all of my students are at or living below poverty level. Other than field trips provided through school, they are are at a disadvantage both socially and financially to many experiences that most other children have the opportunity to experience.
