I teach Government and Economics to a wide variety of students who are in 12th grade. I have advanced students as well as newcomer English Language Learning students, and they are all within the same classes as we do not offer upper level or basic level courses. Because of that challenge, I am continuously doing what I can to create experiences in class for students which are helpful to everyone. We do a variety of simulations as well as creative learning through things like sidewalk chalk Market Equilibrium scenarios or shaving cream supply curve practice when the weather does not allow us to go outside to practice. There are so many things I would love to do with my students, but buying the basic supplies with my own money makes it a financial burden for me. If you are willing to help supply my students with the materials they need to help them learn, I deeply appreciate you!
