I teach 8th grade students in a North Carolina middle school. My students have a wide range of abilities and capabilities. They are active, though at this time of the year it is difficult to keep them engaged in learning. My plan is to make the concept of diffusion easier to understand through real life applications such as tye dying. They all love to participate in science labs and gain a much better understanding of science concepts with my hands-on approach.

About my class
