Our population is of English learners and highly transient students due to economics.Our class is a haven for education and celebration. As a kindergarten teacher, my struggle is to teach academic standards, morals, work ethics, character education, and make the world of public education positive and relevant while communicating to high percentage of English learning students. I love kindergarten because I continue to foster the magic that parents and guardians have started. I enjoy working with parents and learning about different ways of teaching, culture, and technology. These brilliant 4 and 5 year old minds are bearing fruit for better tomorrow for all of us. There is a high need for tutoring. There is difficulty in communication because of the language barrier, but we are overcoming it with more staff translators. I am excited about Donors Choose.
