It is challenging to teach in a district that is struggling. I don't mind spending my own money, but having some help will make it a little easier for my me, as a teacher and mother. I want my students to be able to access the math programs and reading programs that children in more affluent communities get to access every day. The children and I are very grateful for the donorschoose.org site. The opportunity to ask for support from the rest of the country, and to see that support affect learning first hand, is a blessing! Students will be able to move ahead at the same rate as their peers in neighboring schools! Thank you for looking at our project!
