My students are the 326 students in TK - 6th grade at Maple Elementary School. I support my readers' learning by curating the school's library collection, guiding students and teachers with their technology, teaching students and staff how to use the library catalog, and helping students find books they love. I love doing weekly read-alouds with all of our classes, from short, fun stories like "My Pet Feet" to longer, heartfelt stories like "Separate Is Never Equal." There's no greater joy than when a student runs up to me on the playground eager to tell me about the book they just checked out.
