My scholars are hungry and crave different forms of independent learning. They get extremely excited when math concepts click and they are able to answer questions on their own without help. They get really excited when the adults in their life are able to recognize their growth. The scholars at Monroe crave stability and a consistent environment where it is easier for them to learn. I'm working hard to provide these different wants and needs for my students to thrive in their math skills while also enjoying doing it.
