Most of my students speak English as their second language. My students have high aspirations and with your help, we can make their dreams a reality. The students readily participate in class discussions and seek new ways of improving themselves. Most of these students work after school which can be quite challenging as they have State testing to complete. I believe in being the change you want to see in the world and leaving the world a better place than you found it. I believe that with the proper resources, mentorship and hard work, these students will not only reach their full potential, but also being the change they want to see in the world. Our legacy will not only impact this generation but also the future generations to come as these students "Pay it forward" by impacting the lives of others.
