Our High school students come from military families. Due to the constant moving, it is stressful for them to adapt to a new school. Social interaction is key, yet it can be difficult to be the new kid in class so often. Our kids can also display fears and separation anxiety due to parents job. I want them to associate our school with a place of safety and peace. We serve low income, first generation, special education, and diverse cultural communities.

About my class
