ELI is filled with the most loving little humans you could imagine. Each day, I am greeted with hugs, big smiles, and tiny voices excited to share their stories. They may be little, but they have the biggest hearts. They lift me up on hard days, celebrate the smallest moments, and remind me daily why I chose to be in education. They are the kind of children who run to you in the morning, wrap their arms around you, and make you feel like you are the most important person in the world. And on the days they are absent, their presence is deeply missed, because our school and classrooms truly feel like a family. Walking into our school and classrooms, you will see eager, smiling faces ready to learn, grown, and be loved. You will see teachers kneeling beside students, offering encouragement, celebrating small victories, and helping them build confidence one moment at a time.
