My art students are pre-school through fifth grade. I service visual arts to 32 different classrooms so most students have an art class once a week or once every other week. Our art time is precious and my students can't wait to get their hands on the various art supplies available. Most of my students tell me that they do not have any kind of art materials at home. The school is urban and we are considered high poverty, high mobility. My students are always eager to immerse themselves in self-expression.
