My students are members of a small K1 - 2 urban school in Massachusetts. The class consists of 13 boys and 9 girls. They are sweet and curious boys and girls. Their curiosity seems to be insatiable. They love learning about the world. The children had a presidential debate where they covered the topics of education, foreign policy, the environment, and economics. They each were able to go on stage and present their topic from ether a Democrat or Republican point of view. This excitement and curiosity peaks during social studies.
