They are empathetic individuals who show kindness and respect to their peers and teachers, and they are determined to persevere through obstacles and setbacks. They demonstrate leadership by taking initiative, setting positive examples for others, and working collaboratively to achieve common goals. My middle schoolers are those who inspire others, make meaningful contributions to their community, and leave a positive impact on those around them.
