A high level of learning does not have to be just pencil and paper. Knowledge can be acquired by having FUN! I teach 2nd grade bilingual in a Title 1 school. Many of our students come from an impoverished background. I am proud to say that our school has achieved Exemplary status for many years and we are a Blue Ribbon school as well. I have very high expectations for my students, but they LOVE school. That is how it should be!
