I am so fortunate to work in a wonderful school with amazing students. I teach in a New York City Title 1 public school where most of the students are from low income families and speak English as their second language. I will be teaching 3rd grade ESL in September after being a classroom teacher for over 17 years. I go to school each day with a smile on my face because the students in my school are just an absolute joy. They work hard each and every day and they are so eager to learn!. Their academic abilities range drastically. It is imperative that I differentiate learning so I can meet the needs of ALL my students.
