My class is an ESL pre-k class in a school that is a majority Black and Hispanic. I have a mix of English language and dual-language learners whose home languages range from Arabic, French, Igbo, to Spanish. It is a big privilege to teach these little ones that come from so many different cultures and parts of the world. Given the area demographic, many of these students have not had enriched educational or life experiences. I hope to provide them with the best that life can give them while they are in my care!
