Our school is the only school for third, fourth and fifth graders in our town. Many of the students are from low income families. The unemployment rate in the area is high and many businesses have closed and jobs have been lost. Our school tries to provide as many first hand experiences for the students as we can. The lack of money and resources limits what we can do for the students. The students are curious about many things in the world and are willing to learn in any possible way.

About my class
