I work with students in Special Education at the high school level. My students are low-income and the majority of them are English Language Learners. My biggest goal with my students is to show them love and give them a safe space in my classroom. These students need encouragement and something to look forward to. I try to turn assignments into games to encourage fun and playfulness.
