My students have multiple disabilities in k-5 grades. They enjoy baking or cooking and it gives them a chance to use all the adapted cooking equipment. My students also come from low-income families. I make sure my students have a chance to do activities just like their general education peers through adapting and modifying work for them to be successful. It is really a joy to see their faces. It really warms the heart.
