Students have expressed having access to the technology the school provides is extremely slow and sometimes not the best to complete their assignments; this easily discourages students from continuing with their homework. Many staff have access to better performing devices and our students should, too. The laptops chosen ensure they have reliable access to an efficient device to complete their projects and assignments. When students are receiving support, I see the frustration of the technology they have, so I let them use my laptop to facilitate the process; Instantly, their frustration goes away, and we move through the task faster. Our students do not deserve a device that will be causing more problems.
