In recognition of the 40th anniversary of the American Library Association's Challenged and Banned Book List, my students will be reading banned and challenged books. In addition to reading and examining the books, students will write a research paper about the book and its challenges as well as a reflection of the book and their thoughts. As we fight to prevent censorship and build a love of literature, I'd like to be able to provide books to students who cannot buy their own copies. Join in the fight for literacy!
