They need graphing calculators. We will teach them to use the graphing calculators to help them understand Algebra, Geometry, Statistics and Trigonometry. These are ACT, PSAT and SAT approved calculators. More importantly, they will use the calculators for statistics and data analysis. Students can work on real-world projects, collect the data, analyze the data, and represent their findings graphically. Data analysis is critical in business, science, health and human services in addition to basic mathematical computations. Students can develop skills critical to their post secondary life. What they do in class is something they can do in the real world.
