This is the first year for my physical fitness class. The items I requested will help me fulfill my goals to make the kids stronger, help them develop a wider range of motion, and give them more mobility. This will help the students in sports and other daily activities by reducing the risk of injury and increasing their strength. My overall goal is to teach the students how to strengthen their bodies in a way that will allow them success in all aspects of their lives. These items will help my students to keep flexibility, build strength, decrease inactivity, and promote a healthy life style. Being able to create these habits at a young age will help them as they move into adulthood to stay active and healthy. Using these items, I will be able to add to the equipment we have and teach our students how to adequately care for their bodies by learning about physical exercise and nutrition.
