I love my students because of their thirst for knowledge! Many are faced with challenges, both in and outside of school, but in my classroom, students are encouraged to think beyond their challenges, and strive to make a difference in themselves, in their families, their community, and the world. I want to ensure that my students are warranted with materials that stimulate their critical thinking skills, close academic gaps, exposure to different things that causes them to adjust their mindset positively. In addition, I want to create a classroom environment that allows them to feel comfortable, inviting, free of the things that cause the students worry about the challenges that they face outside of my classroom.
