Students often struggle with knowing how to regulate their bodies. I have started a wellness group in the mornings and we do things such as yoga and meditation. Sitting on cold tiled floors is not very relaxing so I would love to have yoga mats to help facilitate calming their bodies. Please help my students learn to self-regulate with some comfortable mats to start their day off right!
