My project that I’m striving to improve in my classroom is small group, targeted instruction. I have applied for a table which would allow for this as well as hands on manipulatives for math and science. For an example of a lesson plan, we use small white boards and markers which I applied for to work math problems such as fact families, addition with regrouping etc. With these materials, my students will be able to work with me in smaller, more individualized groups and therefore be more successful in our learning goals.
