Since many students are suffering from attention issues, depression, anxiety and other challenges, flexible seating helps students to feel comfortable and focus more effectively in the classroom environment. Even adults in our day recognize the benefits of flexible seating options to help them stay engaged, so naturally junior high scholars will find this just as helpful if not more so. Flexible seating will allow my students the opportunity to channel their energies and focus their brain power on their studies. The ability to move in appropriate ways will benefit them both academically and emotionally.

About my class
