Like so many students across the country, my third grade students were greatly affected by the global pandemic last year. They were learning from home approximately half of the time. This brought about many challenges for both students and teachers. Upon returning for the 2021-22 school year I noticed that students were having difficulty focusing. Students need tools to help them succeed. I believe one tool that would help my students succeed is noise cancelling headphones. They would help my students get quiet and focus on the task at hand.
