Fine motor items and adapted learning materials will help my students by giving them the opportunity to learn and grow in their own unique ways. These items are adaptive and can be used in many ways for many different lessons and topics. Fine motor activities are a staple in my classroom and can also double as therapy activities. Items that include sound, motion, and color are outstanding learning tools for those with special needs. My goal is to engage my students with these items and create an environment where they can freely direct their learning. These materials will help me create an inclusive and educational Severe/Profound classroom.
