My goal for this project is to create an environment that is comfortable and inspiring for our most challenging population of kids. The chairs and cushions will allow for flexible seating options - allowing kids to properly distance and utilize all spaces in my classroom. The bouncy bands will fit on regular classroom desks and chairs and help busy bees in my room to bounce the anxiety out while staying focused on their work. I cannot wait to see how excited they are to read into the microphone, and last, but not least, the area rug provides a soft place to land if they just want to stretch out on the floor, have a class meeting, or play educational games!
