I am asking for donations to help with making my classroom and learning more optimal for my students. I will be able to use the document camera, keyboard covers and Lysol wipes, math learning games and calendar, and the dry erase items to help my students learn more effectively and efficiently. I will use the document camera to help with providing better examples as I am teaching during virtual learning for those who are learning from home due to compromised immune systems or having to be quarantined. The keyboard covers will provide a healthier way for my students to each use the keyboards without having to worry about the disinfectant wipes/cleaners ruining them or causing issues with them. The Lysol wipes will be used to help wipe the keyboard covers and desks as each new group of students sit down so germs wont be as much of an issue. The math learning games and calendar will provide a more hands on and visual approach to practicing and maintaining math skills throughout the school year. The students have been in and out with Covid and quarantining over the last couple of years so any extra practice on skills will be very beneficial for them. As a math teacher, I stress the importance of working our problems out to help us get our answers and make sure we are following all steps correctly. With that being said, we go through quite a bit of paper. By providing dry erase markers and erasers for my students, they will be able to work their problems out on their desk tops instead of going through so much paper. My goal is to help my students by providing these items that could be beneficial to their learning, health, and awareness of trying to reuse it
