COVID-19 has greatly impacted students in Checotah. Because of the need to shelter at home, students have been sheltered and not allowed to explore much of the world. Books are a great way to broaden students' horizons. They can escape any environment through the pages of a book. Becoming an avid reader is important to academic success. Finding grade appropriate books that will intrigue students will greatly assist students in learning to love reading. Funding this project will go a long way in building our classroom library and thus creating a classroom of students who love to read.

About my class
