The resources I have chose will help many of my students that are well below and below the reading level of a 1st grade student by giving them the confidence to read on their own. Read to succeed is a motto that I have used in my class all year but, many of my students are behind because of going virtual last year and missing so much. By having books in my room they are able to read and comprehend will build their confidence so much that they will want to read!
