These materials will give me the opportunity to teach the children how to become healthy adults. We will use games and activities to teach lifetime health and wellness. Our country has thrived on hiding behind a computer or cell phone. I want to teach these students there is more to life than just using technology all of the time. This project will give the students a different outlook on life. Most of my students are overweight and this would be a great opportunity for me to help them become healthy.

About my class
