Never judge a book by its movie. I'm diving into books that hopefully will pique their interests and make them think beyond just a movie. Students are so involved in streaming movies and social media they never lift their heads and see the world around them exists. I'm ready to put books in my kid's hands and take their phones out of them. I want my students to touch books, to feel the pages turn, and see a world the author can open up for them that a phone will never do.

About my class
