Do you realize how expensive headphones are? The really good headphones are expensive, and the headphones that may fit in our budget break within a few weeks of school starting. Many of my students have to have an extremely quiet work environment to focus. These headphones will help to quiet down the excess noise and allow them to focus more on their work. By updating my flexible seating in my classroom, my students will be able to take charge of their own learning and allow them to move out of the traditional desk and chair learning. Many of my students need the freedom to move around like they did once their homes became their classrooms due to COVID 19. During independent work times they will be able choose a location in the classroom that works for them. Making sure students are comfortable in my classroom is an essential component in motivating them.
