During COVID the students were limited on performance venues and on audience sizes. The sound system wasn't portable and few people are trained to run the system. These kids take pride in quality performances. We now have a portable system that allows us to give programs anywhere-even outdoors. However, few know how to utilize the system. Luckily, the system can be run with an ipad! If we are able to connect these requested ipads to our sound system, the teacher will be able to make adjustments to volume and control mics and new background tracks while directing. This means our performances require no additional sound people and are unlimited to indoor/nearby venues. We are even able to take our concerts to other people highly affected by COVID, such as nursing homes- as outdoor performers.
