These classroom manipulatives will allow my students the opportunity to have visual and tactile learning. These will help build their foundation skills and understanding of math and science concepts. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic many of my students are lacking basic number concepts. While many of them participated in online learning during the pandemic, they did not have access to visual and tactile manipulatives to enhance their learning experiences. Most of them also did not have the financial resources to purchase manipulatives to encourage learning. My hope is that by supplying my classroom with engaging manipulatives I cannot only help develop my current students understanding but my future students as well.
