. The items that I have included will directly impact the growth and learning of my students this year and years to come. I have selected some alternative seating options for students to use in the class. Since Covid, I have seen a certain level of restlessness within students and feel as if these different options may curb their wiggles and allow their minds to reach their full potential. Also included are some literacy centers; with the number of students who have either never attended school before or were previously virtual due to Covid, the need for supplemental aids in learning is necessary, especially for those kinesthetic learners. I have also selected some organizational tools for use with classroom supplies and effective management of books, scissors, glue, pencils and other utensils. I believe the items I have selected will help my students and I make the most out of a situation where Covid has created gaps within learning and growth. My goal as an educator of young minds, is to pave the path for my kindergarteners to reach their full potential not only academically but socially and emotionally as well.
