There are many wonderful programs such as Moby Max, Grammaropolis, etc. that encourage students to practice invaluable skills needed for academic success. Having access to an iPad Mini in the classroom would help bridge the gap for the students who may be lacking in experience with technology. The impact COVID has had on the students is evident in the skills many are lacking. Incorporating technology has inspired my students to work on the skills they desperately need. Technology in classrooms is invaluable in the times we live in. We live in a tech world and the way we reach students has got to move in that direction as well. This project would allow me to purchase an iPad Mini for my classroom. I have 25 students, but I only have 10 iPads. Having iPads for at least half of my students to use at the same time would open the door for a variety of new lessons that are centered around technology. I have splitters that would allow students to share iPads when needed. I have also asked for 25 pairs of headphones to use in the classroom.
