I am looking for more ways to make learning fun by using hands-on materials in our classroom! The play-dough stampers, alphabet tubs, & magnetic drawing boards will help my students continue to be successful writers and readers in kindergarten. They are learning how to read and write more and more every day! Whether they are still working on beginning sounds and need to be using the alphabet tubs or they are starting to spell cvc words and wanting to use play-dough stampers or magnetic boards, they can be practicing what they have been taught using these resources! All of my students will be able to benefit from these items I have requested for our classroom! The shelving I have requested will keep our classroom organized by having a place for each table to set their journals, handwriting books, math books, and reading books on. We use these books daily in our classroom and it would be very beneficial to have them next to our tables to keep our room neat and tidy!
